Hip Hop, Composition, & All That Jazz!
Creativity runs wild as dancers explore a wide spectrum of movement with a focus on personal style. Each day features Hip Hop and creative dance classes, thoughtfully blended with classical dance fundamentals to build strength and balance. Dance composition activities invite dancers to experiment with a variety of music styles while exploring tempo, levels, dynamics, and new ways of moving. Campers will also discover pioneers of hip hop and social dance through film, drawing inspiration as they create their own costumes, props, and sets in preparation for an end-of-week showcase for parents.
