TIERED RENTAL RATES for Events

Studio 1203 features 1000sq ft of sprung, wood dance flooring, mirrors, a 6-ft grand piano, and a nice size backyard. A sound barrier stage curtain separates a front lobby from the dancing space (approx 800sq ft) for privacy and can be opened for events. Adult and toddler tables/chairs are available for event rentals and stage lights can be rented at additional charge. The minimum rental block is 1 hour and all rentals must include a 30-60 minute transition period.
