Our Daily Vitamins for Dancers (DVD) Series is designed to keep dancers moving--building strength, flexibility, and body awareness during at-home practice. Each DVD features a different segment from class, from opening warm-ups to plies, tendus, and jumps.
Your donation, however large or small, helps us to support studio faculty and staff through this challenging time for all. Up your "quantity" to donate multiples of any given amount and consider donating either every few weeks or each time you try a new video to show your support and keep new ones coming.
